Cindy Bultema is a passionate speaker, author, professor, and leadership consultant who loves encouraging others with biblical truth, practical tools, and contagious hope. For over two decades, Cindy has been speaking at conferences, retreats, and leadership gatherings across the country. Known for her authentic style, heartfelt storytelling, and humor, she connects deeply with audiences of all ages and stages. Whether sharing her personal testimony of transformation, unpacking Scripture, or equipping leaders, Cindy’s messages are marked by warmth, clarity, and life-changing application.
Cindy is the CEO and Founder of Bultema Impact Group (BIG), where she equips and empowers leaders to dream big, lead boldly, and maximize their impact. She partners with nonprofits, ministries, and organizations, providing consulting, coaching, and strategic development in leadership, fundraising, and organizational growth. Cindy also serves as an adjunct professor at Cornerstone University, teaching courses on leadership and volunteer-based ministry.
Her story of redemption—from addiction and loss to freedom and purpose in Christ—has been shared worldwide on the Day of Discovery television show. Cindy is also the author of the best-selling Bible studies Red Hot Faith and Live Full, Walk Free, and she contributed to Duck Dynasty’s Faith Commander curriculum.
Cindy’s leadership experience includes serving as Executive Director of GEMS Girls’ Clubs, where she guided the global nonprofit through significant organizational growth and curriculum development. She has trained and inspired thousands of women and leaders, both in person and virtually, and continues to be a trusted voice in leadership, spiritual formation, and ministry development.
Cindy lives in West Michigan with her husband, John, and delights in time with their four children, ages 21–31. When she’s not speaking or consulting, you’ll find Cindy walking her dogs, enjoying charcuterie boards, or adding a little extra sparkle to life.
