A Note from our Founder
As a creative, The Well is a place where you can be equipped, encouraged, and engaged. Where networking makes you feel like a part of a community that surrounds you with creative hearts beating as one. The refreshment of the environment and focus calls you to the origin of your gifts and the purpose they have in the big picture. This is what you will find with The Well Ministry for Creatives.
The Well serves writers, actors, artists, speakers, and more. The staff and faculty want to help you take your next important steps in the journey of becoming all you are meant to be as a creative person. God has a plan for you and it is perfect!
Although our conference is a large annual event, The Well also serves you in other ways such as smaller-size events and retreats in different areas. We offer workshops and pieces of training online. We have a growing online resource of supporters so that you can find the type of help you need in your art. It’s important for us to stay connected with you.

Our Vision
Further in 2017, our leadership team and I started feeling that God wanted us to do more with this conference. From my experience throughout the years of being involved in different arts such as speaking, acting, directing, and scriptwriting, I knew of other people being creative in different ways, as I’ve networked with them on different projects; at times it seemed our artistic talents crossed-over and linked into something beautiful. I believe God was calling us to become The Well, a Ministry for Creatives.
From there things began happening quickly. The Well conference has grown to where we currently have tracks for writing (beginning and intermediate), speaking, publishing/marketing, theater/film, art, comedy, personal growth, and we’ve added music for 2023. More tracks will be coming in the following years as we continue to allow God to use our ministry to serve creatives.
