The Well Conference for Creatives is a place for writers and authors at every level who serve Jesus to come together for fellowship, refreshing, and encouragement as they serve the Lord with the creative gifts He has given them.
If you’re a beginning, intermediate or advanced writer, we’d love for you to join us in your journey.
Contests at The Well
Oasis Awards
The OASIS Awards is a Publishing Contest for unpublished Christian fiction and nonfiction manuscripts, devotionals, children’s books, play scripts, and screenplays. Winners will receive an OASIS Award and a publication prize for their submitted work. They will be celebrated at the awards ceremony at The Well Conference April 30th – May 2nd!
2025 Devotional Contest
As part of The Well Conference for Creatives, Abundance Books is thrilled to announce a special writing contest for our upcoming collaborative devotional which will encourage readers to “fear not.”
Wellspring Anthology
Being published is a dream for writers, and it looks great on your writing résumé. Stay tuned for details for the next themed anthology hosted by The Well Publishers.
Writers chosen will be honored with a certificate at the awards ceremony at The Well Conference 2026.
EA Books Publishing Contest
Writers will be chosen for inclusion in books published by Living Parables, an imprint of EA Books Publishing, making them “published” authors. Authors will be able to purchase books at a reduced rate and keep the profit from their sales. Find entry form and details below.

Sell Your Books
All attendees and faculty of The Well are welcome to sell their books, media material and art in our bookstore. This is a great opportunity to get your work noticed and purchased.
We are pleased to announce that Carol Graft will be the bookstore manager. Carol has a lot of librarian experience plus loves to read! Carol is a writer herself and knows the beauty of being creative and blessing others with the gifts God has given.

Multi-Talented Creatives Welcome!
The Well Conference for Creatives is not just for writers of faith. We also serve musicians, artists, filmmakers, actors, speakers, artists, and more. Attendees are welcome to take whatever sessions they are interested in. You are not limited to a single track.
