Former newspaper columnist Jeanette Levellie moved from L.A. to southern Illinois in 1999 with her pastor husband, Kevin. Surrounded by corn and soybean fields, Jeanette relishes waking to birdsong and watching squirrels and chipmunks play in her backyard. She loves spring, summer, and fall. Her relationship with Jesus and her family are the center of Jeanette’s heart. She has one husband, two grown kids, three grandchildren, and four spoiled rotten babies disguised as cats.
