I’m Tiffany and I’m one of the Co-Directors of The Well Conference. I am passionate about following Jesus and have dedicated my life to him. My full-time job is an office manager for an appraisal company. I have been leading worship for 15 years and also write songs as the Lord puts them in my heart. When I started at The Well I was a singer on the worship team, but I have since moved up each year taking on new responsibilities; including Worship Leader and Music Track Leader.
I love how The Well is equipping people to use various forms of worship to bring glory to the Lord. We worship through our lifestyle, our words, our songs, our service, our art, our movement, and the list goes on. God has gifted each of us and we are to use those gifts for his glory. The Well has allowed me to do this in various ways like strengthening my talents, speaking life into my giftings, and providing me with new opportunities, including speaking which is really stretching me.
Another blessing that came from The Well was being able to collaborate with Marcia Gunnett Woodard. She’s a writer/author who attended The Well and asked if I could take her words and put music to them. She would email me lyrics and I would put the melody/music to them. Together we have created a handful of beautiful, scripture-based songs for the Lord (from different states). The Well brings people together from all around the country and even a few from outside the country for the purpose of creating, equipping and networking. I am looking forward to seeing how God moves in the lives of those I will meet at The Well. I believe great things are coming and the Lord’s glory will continue to be shown in amazing, powerful ways.
